What We Do

We specialize in bookkeeping and financial reporting, not tax preparation. Our role is to:

- Record and categorize your daily financial transactions in QuickBooks Online

- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and loans monthly

- Generate Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements

- Organize your records so your CPA has clean data at tax time

What We Don't Do

We do not prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, or represent clients before the IRS. Those services belong to your CPA or tax professional, we work alongside them to make their job easier.

Our Partnership Model

2. We coordinate with your CPA at year-end. We deliver organized records and reports that flow directly into your tax preparation.

3. You stay in control. We do not have signing authority over your accounts, checks, or tax filings. You retain full responsibility for all financial and tax decisions.

We never accept passwords via email. All login information must be shared through encrypted password managers (such as Bitwarden or 1Password).

No Signing Authority

You retain full control over all financial and tax decisions. We record and report; you decide and execute.
